从“封闭”到“开放”——西安封闭社区对城市步行系统影响研究

摘　　要：城镇化背景下封闭住宅小区的社区建设,对城市交通空间的负面影响已经成为共识。本文梳理出我国封闭社区发展的五个阶段,并选取西安市大兴新区部分城市区域作为研究样片,采用图解分析法,分别从路权与步行环境、城市步行道体系、步行直达性、步行可达范围四个层次,对西安近18年间的封闭社区对城市步行交通系统的影响程度进行定量与定性研究。目的是分析封闭社区的建设对城市交通空间特别是步行空间的具体影响程度,探讨影响城市步行交通空间其他因素。研究结果表明:18年间,西安市城市公共街巷消失、步行系统的便利性降低、步行直达距离普遍变长、步行可达范围普遍减少。Against the background of urbanization,the construction of closed residential communities has had a negative impact on the urban transport space.Against the background of urbanization,the construction of closed residential communities has had a negative impact on the urban transport space.This study identifies the five stages of gated community development in China and examines the 18-year period of gated community development in Xi'an.The purpose of the study is to qualitatively analyze the specific impact of the construction of closed communities on the special walking spaces in the urban transport space,and identify other potential factors that contributed to the reduction of urban pedestrian transport space.Some urban areas in the Daxing District and city of Xi'an are selected as research samples.The graphical analysis method is used to quantify the impact of closed communities in the city of Xi'an on the pedestrian traffic system according to the four levels/aspects of road rights and walking environment,urban walkway system,walking orientation,and walking distance.The results of the study show that in 18 years,public streets and lanes have disappeared,the convenience of the pedestrian system has decreased,walking distance has increased,and the range of walking has generally decreased.
