摘 要:由于厚硬煤层存在硬度大、节理裂隙不发育等特点,导致在综采放顶煤开采过程中存在支架后方大块煤体堵塞放煤窗口,严重影响矿井高产高效等问题。以新疆矿区硫磺沟煤矿坚硬厚煤层开采为工程背景,通过数值模拟计算得到顶煤水压致裂起裂压力数据,设计了水压致裂工艺流程,通过现场实测手段对坚硬厚煤层水压致裂进行了工业化试验,得到水压致裂时间与水压之间的关系。研究结果表明,采用水压致裂技术对坚硬煤体裂纹扩展、降低煤体强度、提高工作面煤炭采出率具有重要现实意义。Due to the characteristics of high hardness and undeveloped joints and cracks in thick and hard coal seams,there were some problems in fully mechanized top coal caving,such as blocking the caving window with large coal body behind the support,which seriously affected the high production and efficiency of the mine. Taking the hard thick coal seam mining in Xinjiang Liuhuanggou Mine as the engineering background,using numerical simulation to collect the top coal hydraulic fracturing pressure data,designing the hydraulic fracturing process,through in-situ test means for hard thick coal seam hydraulic fracturing for industrial test,analyzing the relation between the time of hydraulic fracturing and hydraulic pressure. The results showed that hydraulic fracturing technology has important practical significance for crack propagation of hard coal,reduction of coal strength and improvement of coal recovery rate in work face.
