摘  要:针对工业现场风机的节能与安全问题,设计并制作了一种风机远程的监控系统。根据系统需求,采用了STM32与NB-IoT网络通信来实现对工业节能风机的实时监控。STM32F103负责对工业节能风机的数据采集,NB-IoT模块负责数据的传送,采用阿里云服务器技术开发上位机监控软件。实时对工业风机的电压、电流、功率、风量、风压以及风机轴承度等参数进行监控。整个系统能够为生产管理提供有效支持,具有良好的节能、环保意义。To deal with the problem of energy saving and safety of fan in industrial field,a fan remote monitoring system is designed and manufactured.According to the system requirements,STM32 and NB-IoT network communication are adopted to realize real-time monitoring of industrial energy-saving fans.STM32F103 is responsible for data collection of industrial energy-saving fans,NB-IoT module is responsible for data transmission,and Ali cloud server technology is used to develop upper computer monitoring software.The industrial fan voltage,current,power,air volume,air pressure and fan bearing degree and other parameters are monitored in real time.The whole system can provide effective support for production management,with high significance for energy saving and environmental protection.
