摘 要:根据某电厂大修时的实测数据,建立了600MW超临界汽轮机过桥汽封漏汽量的计算模型。利用数值解的思想,采用有限体积法,利用标准模型离散地求解控制方程。结果表明:在该机组的磨损情况下,分析结果与实测漏汽量基本一致,进而得出不同情况下过桥汽封磨损量随泄漏量的变化曲线。证实了数值模拟的准确性,揭示了过桥汽封密封机理,给出了过桥汽封磨损量的新算法,为过桥密封的设计和安装提供了理论依据,并为机组是否需要改造过桥汽封提供了参考。The HP-IP mid-span packing leakage model in 600MW supercritical steam turbine was build according to the measured data of a power plant. Accompanied with the numerical method and standard k-ε model, the finite volume method was utilized to discretize control equation. The results demonstrate that the conclusion is consistent with the measured leakage in the unit. And then the wear quantity curves with leakage of steam were obtained. It confirms the accuracy of the numerical simulation and reveals the sealing mechanism of mid-span packing. The new algorithm of wear quantity is given and the result provides the theoretical basis for the design and installation of the mid-span packing. At last, it provides a reference for the alteration of the HP-IP mid-span packing.
