摘  要:对国内某百万核电机组汽轮机控制系统采用的P320控制平台作了介绍,对汽轮机进汽调节阀的控制原理和参数作了详细介绍,针对调节阀送P320系统的LVDT位移传感器在设计上存在单一故障的缺陷,提出将送KDO系统的LVDT传感器量程进行修改并将其作为送P320系统的备用LVDT的优化方案,优化后经过实际验证能够避免原设计中LVDT故障带来的停机隐患,为汽轮机控制系统的稳定运行提供了保障。为国内同类型机组在预防LVDT故障和传感器维护方面提供了重要的参考价值和借鉴意义。This paper introduces the P320 control platform used in the steam turbine control system of a million nuclear power units in China.The control principle and parameters of the steam turbine inlet control valve are introduced in detail.The design of the LVDT displacement sensor for the P320 system of the regulating valve is designed.There is a single fault defect.It is proposed to modify the LVDT sensor range of the KDO system and use it as an optimization scheme for the standby LVDT of the P320 system. After optimization, the actual verification can avoid the hidden troubles caused by the LVDT fault in the original design.The stable operation of the control system provides protection.It provides an important reference value and reference for the prevention of LVDT faults and sensor maintenance for the same type of units in China.
