聚甲酚磺醛溶液联合rhIFN-α2b治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染

摘　　要：目的 :观察应用聚甲酚磺醛溶液联合rhIFN-α2b治疗宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的价值。方法:选取218例宫颈高危型HPV感染患者,根据入院时间分为A组(2015年入院)和B组(2016年入院)各109例,A组采用聚甲酚磺醛溶液治疗,B组在A组的基础上联合rhIFN-α2b治疗,观察治疗效果。结果 :B组治疗总有效率、HPV转阴率、症状改善率高于A组,HPV清除时间低于A组(P <0.05)。结论 :宫颈高危型HPV感染应用聚甲酚磺醛溶液联合rhIFN-α2b治疗,可有效提高治疗效果,改善患者预后。Objective: To observe the effect of policresulen solution combined with recombinant human interferon alpha 2b (rhIFN-α2b) in the treatment of high-risk cervical HPV infection. Methods: Two hundred and eighteen patients with high-risk cervical HPV infection were divided into group A and B with 109 cases each according to the time of their hospitalization, Group A was treated with policresulen solution and group B with policresulen solution combined with rhIFN-α2b and their clinical efficacy was observed. Results: The total effective rate, the HPV negative conversion rate and the symptom improvement rate were higher and the HPV clearance time was less in group B than group A (P<0.05 ). Conclusion: Policresulen solution combined with rhIFN-α2b for the treatment of high-risk cervical HPV infection can effectively improve clinical efficacy and prognosis.
