摘　　要：对河南省森林生态效益补偿基金使用管理情况进行了深入细致的调研,分析了森林生态效益补偿基金使用管理存在的问题,提出了森林生态效益补偿基金使用管理的对策。A detailed investigation has been conducted about the management of forests ecological benefits compensation funds in Henan province. The problems and the related countermeasures were proposed.
