摘  要:介绍了校企联合现场检测仪表开放实验室的建设过程和在实验教学中的应用。石油化工过程控制实验教学示范中心是国家级实验教学示范中心,依托E+H公司向中心捐赠的涡街流量计、电磁流量计等现场检测仪表10台,中心向学校申请了联合实验室建设立项,并与浙江中控联合研制了现场检测仪表开放实验平台,建成了具有石油化工行业特色的高水平现场检测仪表联合实验室,并积极开发综合性、设计性、创新性实验。联合实验室得到了"E+H"公司及兄弟高校的高度评价,起到了对国家级石油化工过程控制实验教学示范中心的支撑作用,有助于实验教学方法改革、提高实验教学水平。This paper introduces the construction process of the school enterprise joint field test instrument open laboratory and its application in the experiment teaching. The petroleum and chemical process control experimental teaching demonstration center in Liaoning Shihua University of is a national experimental teaching demonstration center. Ten sets of field instruments, such as vortex flowmeter, electromagnetic flowmeter donated by the E+H company were the foundation of the joint center. The center then applied to establish a joint lab, and university approved the project. With the assistance of Zhejiang Zhongkong, the center designed and made an open experiment platform for use of these instruments Then the center formed the features of high level of petroleum chemical industry joint laboratory, and actively developed comprehensive and innovative experiments. The joint laboratory has been highly evaluated by "E+H" company and brotherhood universities, it is playing a supporting role in the national petrochemical process control experimental teaching, helping to reform the experimental teaching methods and improve the level of experimental teaching.
