摘 要:介绍了电子凸轮在簇绒地毯织机横动提花上的应用,运用修正模拟方法建立横动系统数学模型,得出系统框图并结合MATLAB/SIMULINK软件进行仿真。仿真结果表明:无控制策略的横动系统在响应方面存在不足;针对传统PID控制依赖被控对象精确的数学模型的特点,引入模糊PID控制技术,仿真结果较为理想,满足了横动系统对"快"、"准"、"稳"的要求,分析输出结果并给出了提高传动系统性能的措施,为横动提花系统的设计、参数的选择以及性能的改进提供了理论依据。It introduces the application of electronic cam in the traverse jacquard of tufted carpet loom, and uses the modify simulation method to establish the mathematical model of the traverse system. The system block diagram is obtained and simulated with MATLAB/SIMULINK software. The simulation results show that there are some shortcomings in the response of the traverse system without control strategy. In view of the characteristics of the mathematical model that the traditional PID control relies on the exact object of the controlled object, the fuzzy PID control technique is introduced, the simulation result is ideal, Meet the traverse system on the“fast”,“quasi”,“stable”requirements. Analyze the output and give measures to improve the performance of the traverse system. Which provides a theoretical basis for the design of trapezoidal jacquard system, the choice of parameters and the improvement of performance.
