摘  要:通过对气化细灰渣的形成过程、理化性质及特点进行分析研究,评价了现有填埋、干化焚烧等利用技术的优缺点,开展了细灰渣超细研磨及成浆性实验研究,提出了气化细灰渣超细研磨再气化的新型利用途径。研究结果表明:超细研磨可打破细灰渣的絮状束水结构,大幅降低灰渣细度,提高制浆的掺混比例。以中煤榆林原料和细灰渣为实验原料,采用三峰级配制浆工艺,在保证煤浆浓度不小于65%的前提下,细灰渣最高加入比例可高达5%。Through the analysis of the formation process,physical and chemical properties and characteristics for gasification fine ash slag,advantages and disadvantages of existing landfill,dry incineration and other utilization technologies were evaluated,ultrafine grinding of fine slag and slurry-forming experimental research was carried out,a new way of gasification fine slag ultra-fine grinding and re-gasification was proposed.The research results showed that:ultra-fine grinding could break the flocculent water structure of fine slag,and the slag fineness was reduced dramatically,the blending ratio of slurry make could be improved.Taking the Yulin coal and fine slag as the experimental material,using three-peak-level slurry preparation process,under the premise of slurry concentration ≥65%,the highest proportion of fine ash could be increased to about 5%.
