摘  要:从原子荧光的产生、原子荧光分析等方面阐述氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定煤中砷的原理,并从激发光源、进样反应系统、原子化器、光学系统及检测系统剖析了原子荧光光谱仪的基本结构,以图示、化学方程式和公式推导的方式对氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法在煤质分析中的应用进行解析,采用该方法对国家标准物质中砷含量进行测定结果准确性验证,指出氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法对提高煤质检测水平有较大的意义。From aspects such as production of atomic fluorescence and atomic fluorescence spectrometry analysis,the principle of hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) for the determination of arsenic in coal was explained,and from aspects such as excitation light source,sample feed and reaction system,atomicity machine,optical system and detection system,the basic structure of atomic fluorescence spectrometry was analyzed,through methods of illustration,chemical equations and formula derivation,the application analysis of hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry method in coal quality analysis was done,adopting this method,the accuracy verification of determination result of arsenic content in national standard material was done,it was indicated that hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) is of great significance in improving coal quality detection level.
