摘 要:简述电厂存查煤样的抽查工作概况,从化验环节、制样环节分析存查煤样抽查中灰分超差的原因,并通过实验比对查看设备是否存在系统误差。在制样环节应注意样品代表性,通过样品粒度、留样量等指标观察是否存在样品损失和交叉污染等现象,以避免存查煤样灰分指标超差。Overview of spot checks of storage and checking coal sample of power plant was introduced,from aspects such as testing stage and sample preparation stage,the ash content overproof reasons of spot checks of storage and checking coal sample were analyzed,and through experimental comparison,whether the systematic error of equipment existed was researched.At the sample preparation stage,the sample representatives should be noticed,through indicators of sample size and storage sample amount,whether the sample loss and cross-contamination existed was observed,which could avoid the ash indicator overproof of storage and checking coal sample.
