摘 要:使用《环境影响评价技术导则大气环境》(HJ2.2—2008)推荐的环境空气质量模式AERMOD和CALPUFF对河谷盆地静小风区域热电厂的烟气扩散进行了对比模拟研究。结果表明:典型月日均浓度值方面,AERMOD模拟结果与实测值的IOA模拟指数为-0.29,模式模拟结果不理想;CALPUFF模拟结果与实测值的IOA模拟指数为0.35,模式模拟结果较理想。典型日小时浓度值方面,AERMOD模拟结果与实测值的IOA指数为0.37,模式模拟结果较为理想;CALPUFF模拟结果与实测值的IOA指数为0.74,模式模拟结果理想,且CALPUFF模拟浓度分布范围较AERMOD明显更广、整体浓度较AERMOD更高,高值区分布地点也不再单一。根据以上研究结果,在模拟静小风区域的大气扩散时,应使用CALPUFF模式模拟以保证结果的准确性。The smoke diffusion of thermal power plants in the quiet wind area of valley basin is comparatively simulated by using the environmental air quality model AERMOD and CALPUFF recommended by Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment Atmospheric Environment(HJ2.2-2008).The results show that,in terms of typical monthly and daily average concentration,the IOA simulation index of the AERMOD simulation results with measured values is-0.29,and the model simulation results are not ideal; the IOA simulation index of the CALPUFF simulation results with measured values is 0.35,the results show ideal.In terms of typical daily and hourly average concentration,the IOA simulation index of the AERMOD simulation results with measured values is 0.37,and the model simulation results are slightly ideal; the IOA simulation index of the CALPUFF simulation results with measured values is 0.74,the simulation results of CALPUFF are better.Beside,compared with AERMOD,CALPUFF simulation concentration distribution range is significantly wider,the overall concentration is higher,and the location of the high value area is no longer single.According to the above research results,for simulating the atmospheric diffusion in the static small wind region,the CALPUFF mode simulation should be used to ensure the accuracy of the results.
