摘　　要：夏津县黄河故道区风沙化土地面积大,水土流失相当严重,影响着生态环境的改善,制约着当地经济的发展,综合开发治理势在必行。文章从建设背景、建设条件分析了开展夏津县黄河故道区风沙化土地综合治理开发的必要性,并提出了黄河故道区风沙化土地综合治理开发的建设规模和内容,从经济、生态、社会效益方面分析了方案的可行性。The area of aeolian desertification land in the old area of the Yellow River in Xiajin County is large and the soil and water loss is very serious, which affects the improvement of ecological environment and restricts the development of local economy, so it is imperative to carry out comprehensive development and control. Based on the construction background and construction conditions, this paper analyzes the necessity of carrying out the comprehensive management and development of wind-desertification land in the old channel area of the Yellow River in Xiajin County, and puts forward the construction scale and content of the comprehensive management and development of wind-desertification land in the old channel area of the Yellow River. The feasibility of the scheme is analyzed from the aspects of economic, ecological and social benefits.
