破碎松软岩层地段巷道掘进施工工艺探究

摘　　要：雷波新洋丰矿业投资有限公司巴姑磷矿II-1采区1400回风平巷岩层破碎松软,巷道掘进中顶帮垮塌严重,施工安全无法保障,工程进度停滞不前。采用金属"工字钢"拱架锲挑超前支护、加强松动光面爆破、浇注混凝土永久支护技术,克服了因地质构造带来的掘进施工中的困难,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。In Leibo Xinyangfeng Mining Investment Co., Ltd. Bagu Phosphate Mine II-1 Mining Area 1400 wind roadway, the strata is broken and soft, the collapse of roadway excavation in the roof is serious, so that construction safety can not be guaranteed, and the progress of the project stagnated. By adopting the technology of metal "I-steel" arch frame advance support, strengthening loose smooth blasting and pouring concrete permanent support technology, the difficulties in excavation construction caused by geological structure have been overcome, and good economic and social benefits have been obtained.
