摘  要:汽轮机组上下缸温差大将会加大转子偏心变化幅度,导致缸体内部摩擦增大,为汽轮机组安全运行带来一定隐患。文章以某600MW汽轮机组为例,分析了造成汽轮机上下缸温差大的主要原因,围绕加强启动停运管控、改造疏水系统两个层面,探讨了针对汽轮机上下缸温差大问题的处理对策,以供参考。The large temperature difference between the upper and lower cylinders of the steam turbine unit will increase the eccentricity of the rotor, lead to the increase of the internal friction of the cylinder block, and bring some hidden dangers to the safe operation of the steam turbine unit. Taking a 600MW steam turbine unit as an example, this paper analyzes the main causes of the large temperature difference between the upper and lower cylinders of the steam turbine, and probes into the countermeasures for solving the problem of the large temperature difference between the upper and lower cylinders of the steam turbine around two aspects: strengthening the start-up and shutdown control and reforming the drainage system.
