摘  要:利用垂直燃烧(UL94)、极限氧指数(LOI)、热失重分析(TGA)、扫描电镜(SEM)等方法研究了三氧化二锑(Sb_2O_3)在乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)/氢氧化镁(MH)体系中的协效阻燃作用与机理。结果表明,当阻燃剂MH/Sb_2O_3的总添加量为57%时,EVA/MH/Sb_2O_3复合材料通过UL94 V-0级,氧指数达到33. 5%。与EVA/MH复合材料相比,EVA/MH/Sb2O3复合材料的热稳定性较好,残炭量更高; EVA/MH/Sb_2O_3复合材料炭层表面孔洞少,封闭效果好,导致阻燃性能更好。In this paper,flame retardant mechanism of antimony trioxide(Sb 2 O 3 )in the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA )/magnesium hydroxide(MH)composites was investigated through the measurements of UL94 testing,limiting oxygen index( LOI ),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results demonstrate when the content of the total flame retardant is 57%,the UL94 of EVA/MH/Sb 2 O 3 system could achieve V-0 level and the LOI value could reach 33.5%.The thermal stability of EVA/MH/Sb 2 O 3 composites is better than that of EVA/MH composites and EVA/MH/Sb 2 O 3 composites have a larger amount of residual carbon.Moreover,the char layer structure of EVA/MH/MCA composites possesses less pores on the surface and better sealing effect,which results into better flame-retardant properties.
