摘 要:传统集装箱码头自动化升级改造已成为未来发展趋势。文章结合工程实例,探讨了在建传统集装箱码头自动化升级改造思路与关键性技术。通过集装箱自动化工艺设备选型和工艺平面方案比选,得出便于实施的装卸工艺方案。堆场与码头平行布置,便于传统装卸工艺和自动化装卸工艺衔接过渡,可为在建传统集装箱码头自动化升级改造提供思路和借鉴。Traditional container terminal automation upgrading has become the trend of future development. Combining with engineering examples, its automation upgrading strategy and key technologies of traditional container terminals under construction was discussed. Through the container automatic process equipment selection and the handling plane scheme comparison, the handling plane that is convenient to implement was obtained. The storage yard is arranged parallel to the wharf, which facilitates the connection and transition between the traditional handling technology and the automatic handling technology. It can provide some ideas and references for automatic upgrading and transformation of traditional container terminals under construction.
