摘　　要：目的:了解北京市东城区社区动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病(ASCVD)患者他汀类药物的应用现状,分析他汀类药物在ASCVD人群未使用和依从性差的原因。方法:在东城区1家社区卫生服务中心和16家社区卫生服务站对动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病患者1 030例进行问卷调查并进行统计分析。结果:1 030例患者中,从未应用过他汀83例(8.1%),依从性差302例(29.3%),依从性好645例(62.6%)。从未服用他汀类药物主要原因是认为血脂不高没有必要应用(54.2%),依从性差的主要原因为记忆力差(49%)。结论:目前北京市东城区社区ASCVD患者的他汀使用率和依从性还有待进一步提高,加强医生的培训和患者的健康教育,努力缩小临床和指南的差距。Objective:To investigate the statins usage in patients with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease in Dongcheng District of Beijing,and to analyze the reasons for the poor use and compliance of statins in ASCVD population.Methods:A questionnaire survey was carried out among 1030 patients with atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases in one community health center and 16 community health service stations in Dongcheng District,and statistical analysis was conducted.Results:Among 1 030 patients,83 had never been treated with statin,accounting for 8.1%.Compliance was poor in 302 cases,accounting for 29.3%.Compliance was good in 645 cases,accounting for 62.6%.The main reason for never taking statins was that it was not necessary to apply due to low blood lipid(54.2%),and the main reason for poor compliance was poor memory(49%).Conclusion:At present,the usage rate of statins and compliance of patients with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease in the community of Dongcheng District of Beijing need to be further improved,and doctors'training and patients'health education should be strengthened to narrow the gap between clinical practice and guidelines.
