摘　　要：农民工群体作为工人队伍的新生力量和产业工人的主体,在融入城市过程中面临着众多的问题和困难。协助政府推动农民工问题的解决,是工会不可推卸的责任。当前工会在推进农民工入会、为农民工解决实际困难、帮助农民工实现感情融入、助力农民工技能素质提升等方面都做了大量工作。山东省工会在服务农民工工作方面成效显著,但也有很大的提升空间。工会应积极发挥自身优势,维护好广大农民工的各项合法权益,搭建平台,创新机制,创新和完善服务农民工工作的具体策略。As the new-rising force of workers and the main part of industrial workers,migrant workers face many problems and difficulties in the process of integrating into the city.It is the trade union's unshirkable responsibility to assist the government to promote the solution of problems of migrant workers.At present,trade union organizations have done a lot of work in promoting migrant workers'entry to the trade unions;solving practical problems for them;helping migrant workers to achieve emotional integration as well as improving their skills and qualities.Trade unions in Shandong Province have achieved remarkable results in serving migrant workers,but there is still much room for improvement.Trade unions should actively make use of their own advantages,safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the vast number of migrant workers,build platforms,innovate mechanisms,innovate and improve specific strategies to serve the working level for migrant workers.
