摘  要:目的观察原发肺冲击伤犬模型的病理生理学的变化,以期为肺冲击伤的诊治提供基础研究根据。方法健康杂种犬18只(雌雄不限),随机分为对照组(C组)和单纯肺冲击伤组(B组)。建模后观察7 h,每1小时记录血气、血流动力学指标变化,实验结束后留取肺脏组织行病理检查。结果小型冲击波发生器致犬肺冲击伤后,氧合下降;肺组织水肿明显;病理改变明显。结论通过小型冲击波发生器致伤犬的方法可成功建立肺冲击伤犬动物模型,有望为肺冲击伤诊治提供某些科学依据。Objective Through investigating the pathophysiological changes of primary blast lung injury in canines to provide a basis for diagnosing & treating this injury. Methods Eighteen ( males or females ) crossbreed canines were randomly divided into two groups : control group ( C ), BLI group ( B ). The arterial blood were extracted every hour during the experiment. The lung tissues were harvested at the end of the experiment and investigated by histopathological findings. Small blast generator is used to establish the BLI canines model. The morphology of lung tissue , arterial blood gas indexes were investigated respectively. Results In small blast generator induced BLI canines group , pulmonary edema , oxygenation declined , lung pathological changes aggravated. Conclusion It is an ideal BLI animal model induced by the small blast generator , which could provide the relevant basis for diagnosing & treating this injury.
