“五化”耦合协调测度与市场化发展研究——基于中部六省2000—2015年面板数据的实证分析

摘　　要：基于中部六省构建农业现代化、新型工业化、质量型城镇化、信息化以及绿色化综合评价体系,结合变异系数法、熵权法与耦合协调度模型对中部六省"五化"发展水平进行测度并划分其协调发展所属类型,然后创新性地引入了市场化程度变量指标,分析、探究二者之间的发展关系。研究表明:1)2000—2015年中部六省"五化"耦合协调度总体上呈上升趋势,但阶段性发展特征明显;2)中部六省"五化"耦合发展水平存在差异,呈现出"中间强两边弱、南强于北"的格局;3)市场化程度对"五化"耦合协调度的正向促进作用明显,因此在提升"五化"耦合协调发展过程中市场化水平是一个不可忽略的重要因素。Taking six provinces in central China as the research object,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system of agricultural modernization,new industrialization,quality-oriented urbanization,informatization and greening,and measures the development level of the“five changes”of the six provinces in central China by combining the coefficient of variation method,entropy weight method and coupling coordination model,and divides the types of their coordinated development.Then we innovatively introduce the marketization degree variable analysis and explore the development relationship between the two.According to the study,(1)the development of“five changes”in each of the six central provinces from 2000 to 2015 is spiraling,while the coupling degree of“five changes”is on the rise.However,the characteristics of the phased development are obvious.(2)There are differences in the coupling development level of“five changes”among the six provinces in central China,showing a pattern of“strong in the middle,weak on both sides,stronger in the South than in the north”.(3)The degree of marketization has a positive effect on the coordination of the“five changes”.Therefore,in the process of promoting regional economic development,the level of marketization is an important factor that cannot be ignored.
