摘　　要：目的:调查手术室高值耗材管理现状,为采取相应干预措施提供临床依据。方法:采用便利抽样的方法,抽取2018年7月参加北京协和医院手术室组织的手术室管理培训学习班学员进行自制问卷调查(综合医院76家,专科医院19家;三级医院76家,二级医院23家),问卷由调查人员及所在医院的基本资料和手术室高值耗材管理现状两部分构成,手术室高值耗材管理现状调查问卷由课题小组成员在查阅文献基础上,结合实际工作经验制定。结果:问卷调查结果显示,高值耗材请领人分散分布,管理部门各不相同,极易出现生产日期及有效期错误,42%的医院由医生或病房管理手术室高值耗材,80%的医院高值耗材均能分类管理,且可追溯,81%的医院有专业库管员管理高值耗材。结论:手术室高值耗材管理体系尚不完善,需采取一定措施加强管理。Objective: To investigate the current management situation of consumables with high-value in operating room so as to provide clinical basis for adopting corresponding intervention measures. Methods: The participants, who once token part in the training course of operating room management training which was organized by the operating room of Peking Union Medical College Hospital in 2018, were selected by convenient sampling to implement self-design questionnaire survey. The questionnaires were on the basic data of the respondents and their hospitals and the current management situation of consumables with high-value in the operating room. The questionnaire of current management situation of consumables with high-value in operating room was formulated by combining actual work experience on the basis of consulting literature. Results: The results of questionnaire survey showed that the distribution of consumables with high-value was scattered, and their management departments were different. And the mistakes about date in produced and period of validity often occurred. And in 42% of hospitals, the consumables with high-value were managed by doctors or wards, and they were managed by classification and traceability in 80% of hospitals. 81% of hospitals have special warehouse administrators to manage consumables with high-value. Conclusion: The management system of consumables with high-value in operating room is not perfect, and some measures should be adopted to strengthen the management for it.
