摘　　要：目的:采用物联网技术优化消毒供应中心无菌物品的回收和发放流程,减少人力资源支出,提高无菌包储存和发放质量。方法:通过优化自助发送系统的关键技术、追溯软件系统、供应中心放包流程、科室借包流程及供应中心收包流程,使用者用电子卡到指定发放柜进行验证后自助拿取无菌包,并于使用后用电子卡开启指定的回收柜进行回放,比较2015年系统开始应用前后的应用效果。结果:系统实施后正确配包率上升2.78%,正确发包率上升1.1%,过期率下降0.0317%,科室满意度上升18.85%,该系统实现了医院消毒供应中心的业务流程化和信息化,可解决医院全天候借还包问题,减少患者等待时间,提高临床科室使用满意度。结论:消毒供应中心无菌物品自助发送系统应用,可规范业务流程,保证无菌物品储存质量,节约人力资源,提高工作效率和质量,缓解供需矛盾。Objective: To adopt Internet of Things (IOT) to optimize the recycle and delivery procedure of sterilized materials of the sterilization and supply center so as to reduce cost of human resource, and improve quality of storage and issue of sterilized package. Methods: Through optimized the key technique of self-help transmission system, software system of traceability, issue process of supply center, lend process of department and received package process of supply center, users used electric card to take out sterilized package at assigned cabinet that was used to issue package. And then, they used electric card to return the used package at assigned recycle cabinet. And the application effect of this system between pre and post system was applied at 2015 were compared. Results: After this system was implemented, the correct distribution rate increased by 2.78%, and correct delivery rate increased by 1.1%, and package expire rate (PER) declined by 0.0317%, and satisfaction degree of department increased 18.85%. This system achieved process and informatization of business of sterilization and supply center of hospital, and it could solve this problem that lent and returned package at any time in hospital, and reduce waiting time of patients, and enhance the satisfaction degree of clinical department in using it. Conclusion: The application of this system in sterilization and supply center can normalize business process, and ensure storage quality of sterilized materials, and save human resource, and improve work efficiency and quality, and relieve imbalance between supply and demand.
