摘　　要：目的比较BECKMAN DXI800化学发光检测系统固定吸试剂针前后雌二醇(E_2)测定结果 ,并对所得结果进行统计分析,以便找出更优的E_2检测方法。方法选择63份年龄不同的患者血清标本和1份广西区临床检验中心统一发放的质控品,设计一系列实验组合,并且按照实验室操作标准用BECKMAN DXI800化学发光检测系统进行检测不同实验组E_2的浓度;然后对仪器进行设置固定一根吸试剂针,再次检测相同实验组E_2的浓度。比较固定吸试剂针前后E_2检测结果的差异,并进行统计分析。结果固定吸试剂针前与固定吸试剂针后患者血清E_2的检测结果配对秩和检验,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。固定吸试剂针前检测质控品E_2结果的偏倚度与固定吸试剂针后检测质控品E_2结果的偏倚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。固定吸试剂针后检测质控品E_2结果的变异系数比固定吸试剂针前检测质控品E_2检测结果的变异系数低。结论 BECKMAN DXI800化学发光检测系统固定吸试剂针前后E_2检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。固定吸试剂针后E_2测定结果较固定吸试剂针前E_2测定结果变异系数更小、标准差更小,精密度更高,重复性更好。Objective The determination results of estradiol (E2) before and after fixed reagent injection by BECKMAN DXI800 chemiluminescence detection system were compared,and the obtained results were statistically analyzed to find out a better E2 detection method.Methods 63 serum samples of patients of different ages and 1 quality control sample uniformly distributed by guangzhou clinical laboratory were selected,and a series of experimental combinations were designed.The concentration of E2 in different experimental groups was tested by BECKMAN DXI800 chemiluminescence detection system according to the laboratory operating standard.Then the instrument was set and fixed with a reagent needle,and the concentration of E2 in the same experimental group was detected again.The differences of E2 test results before and after fixed reagent injection were compared and statistically analyzed.Methods 63 serum samples of patients of different ages and 1 quality control product uniformly distributed by the clinical testing center of guangzhou were selected,and a series of experimental combinations were designed.The concentration of E2 in different experimental groups was tested by BECKMAN DXI800 chemiluminescence detection system according to the laboratory operating standards.Then the instrument was set and fixed with a reagent needle,and the concentration of E2 in the same experimental group was detected again.The differences of E2 test results before and after fixed reagent injection were compared and statistically analyzed.Results The paired rank sum test of serum E2 before and after immobilization showed no significant difference (P >0.05).There was no significant difference in the degree of bias between the results of quality control product E2 detected before the fixed reagent injection and the results of quality control product E2 detected after the fixed reagent injection (P >0.05).The coefficient of variation of the detection result of quality control product E2 after fixed reagent injection was lower than that before fixe
