阴道分泌物六联检法和白带常规镜检的对比分析

摘　　要：目的对比分析阴道分泌物六联检法与白带常规镜检法的一致性。方法随机抽取230份阴道分泌物标本,分别用六联检法和显微镜法进行检测,对结果进行分析。结果白细胞、BV阳性检出率与显微镜法接近(P>0.05),乳酸杆菌和念珠菌的阳性检出率高于显微镜法(P <0.05),滴虫的阳性检出率低于显微镜法(P <0.05)。阴道分泌物六联检法的异常检出率高于显微镜法(P <0.05,差异有统计学意义),联合检测法的异常检出率高于单用六联检法或单用白带常规镜检法,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论阴道分泌物六联检法与传统显微镜法比较,整体一致性较好;在阴道微生态方面的评价上,六联检法较显微镜法敏感,具有一定的优势,但由于滴虫检出率低于显微镜法,因此两种方法联合检测对于临床更有意义。Objective To contrast the consistency of vaginal secretion 6-item combined inspection and leucorrhea routine examination.Methods 230 specimens of vaginal secretion were selected,vaginitis multi tests andmicroscopic examination were performed to analyze the results.Results The positive rates of leucocyte and bacterial vaginosis (BV) were similar with microscopic examination (P >0.05),the detection rates of lactobacilli and fungus were higher than leucorrhea routine examination (P <0.05),the detection rate of trichomonad was lower than microscope method (P <0.05).The detection of the anomaly detection rate of vaginal secretion 6-item combined inspection was higher than leucorrhea routine (P <0.05),the anomaly detection rate of combinedexamination method was higher than the single use of any of both methods,the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The both of methods were consistent in vaginal secretion 6-item combined inspection and leucorrhea routine examination.Vaginitis multi tests was more sensitive than microscope method for vagina microenvironment evaluation,but the detection rate of trichomonad was lower than microscopic examination,so it is worth of clinical value in combined examination.
