摘  要:控压放水工艺技术可以有效地解决在高压盐水层中钻井的难题。基于盐间水层透镜体的圈闭特征,设计了一套控压放水室内实验装置,来探究控压放水过程中排水量与地层压力的关系,以及地层渗透率、井底负压差和井口回压对排水量和地层压力变化的影响。实验结果表明,地层渗透率、井底负压差对地层压力降低速率和排水速率有较大的影响,而井口回压调节范围有限,仅对排水速率的影响较显著;地层压力的降低量主要取决于排水量以及孔隙流体流动摩阻;随着排水量的增加,地层压力的降低速率逐渐减小。该实验结果可以为控压放水的方案设计和现场作业提供参考。The controlled pressure discharge of brine can effectively solve the drilling problem in high-pressure brine layers.Based on the trap characteristics of the lens between the salt water layers, a set of experimental device for controlled pressure discharge was designed to explore the relationship between the discharge rate and the formation pressure during the controlled pressure discharge process, as well as the impact of the formation permeability, the bottomhole negative pressure difference and the wellhead back pressure on the discharge rate and the formation pressure.The experimental results showed that the formation permeability and the bottomhole negative pressure difference had a great influence on the formation pressure decrease rate and brine water discharge rate, while the wellhead back pressure adjustment range was limited, it only had effects on the drainage rate.The formation pressure reduction mainly depended on the discharge rate and the pore fluid flow friction.As the discharge rate increased, the rate of formation pressure decrease was reduced.The experimental results can provide reference for the design and field operation of controlled pressure discharge of formation’s brine water.
