摘 要:在对比堵漏材料优缺点的基础上,开展了高温热损伤对堵漏材料细观参数的影响实验、堵漏材料粒径与承压能力关系实验、堵漏材料回弹性与承压能力关系实验,得到了以下结论:当缝宽为0. 5 mm时,回弹率从150%升至210%,承压值从6 MPa降至2 MPa,堵漏材料回弹性与承压能力和承压时间线性负相关关系;相同闭合应力条件下,堵漏材料粒径降级率随老化温度的升高呈增大趋势;降级率从0增大到30%,承压值从4 MPa降低至0 MPa,降级率与承压值仍呈现负相关;当刚性粒子D90值与缝宽1. 250 mm接近时,呈现较大的承压性能,粒径相比缝宽增大或减小,均使承压能力降低。On the basis of comparing the merits and demerits of plugging materials, the effects of high temperature thermal damage on the meso-parameters of plugging materials, the relationship between particle size of plugging materials and pressure-bearing capacity, and the relationship between resilience and pressure-bearing capacity of plugging materials were studied.The following conclusions were drawn: when the fracture width is 0.5 mm, the resilience increases from 150 % to 210 %, the pressure-bearing value decreases from 6 MPa to 2 MPa, and the resilience and pressure-bearing capacity of plugging materials are reduced from 6 MPa to 2 MPa There is a linear negative correlation between capacity and compression time;the degradation rate increases from 0 to 30 %, and the compression value decreases from 4 MPa to 0 MPa, and the degradation rate is negatively correlated with the compression value;under the same closed stress condition, the particle size degradation rate of LEAK-PLUGGING materials increases with the increase of aging temperature;when the D90 value of rigid particles is close to 1.250 mm, it presents a larger compression performance, and the particle size increases or is larger than the joint width.The pressure bearing capacity decreases with the decrease of pressure.
