摘  要:为了满足清洁化生产的要求,提高钻井液的环保性能,解决钻井液体系生物毒性普遍偏高,且难于降解的问题,研制关键处理剂胺基抑制剂G319和封堵剂纳米聚合物G314为主剂,通过优选其他天然绿色添加剂,构建清洁型可生物降解钻井液体系,室内实验结果表明,体系一次回收率达到95%以上,岩心膨胀量降低率8 h后达到62. 74%,API失水小于4 m L,抗温150℃,BOD_5/COD_(cr)值0. 365,易降解,EC_(50)值32 400 mg/L,无毒。现场应用3口井,结果表明,该钻井液抑制地层造浆能力强,3口井的平均井径扩大率为5. 66%、3. 62%、4. 16%,K_f值达到0. 078 7,该钻井液体系对实现苏里格区块的清洁生产与效益开发发挥重要作用。In order to meet the green production requirements, improve the environmental protection performance of drilling fluid and solve the problems of high biological toxicity and difficult degradation of drilling fluid systems, key treatment agents like G319 inhibitor and G314 Nano plugging agent were developed.By optimizing other natural green additives, a clean biodegradable drilling fluid system was developed.The laboratory test results show that the recovery rate of the drilling fluid system is over 95 %, the core swelling reduction rate is 62.74 % after 8 hours, and API water loss less than 4 mL, working temperature 150℃, BOD 5 / COD cr value 0.365, easy to degrade, EC50 value 32 400 mg/L, and non-toxic.The results of field application in three wells show that the drilling fluid has high inhibition.The average hole diameter enlargement rates of the three wells are 5.66 %, 3.62 %, 4.16 %, and the K f value is 0.0787.This drilling fluid system plays an important role in realizing cleaner production and beneficial development of Sulige Block.
