高密度EPS泡沫颗粒填充托垫应用于术后曲颈含胸位的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨高密度EPS泡沫颗粒填充托垫应用于曲颈含胸位的临床效果。方法选择我院57例手术后需要保持曲颈含胸位的患者,按照患者意愿分成观察组31例和对照组26例。对照组使用传统曲颈含胸位保持方法,采用数个被褥及枕头垫高头颈部,观察组采用颗粒直径为0.5～1 mm的高密度EPS泡沫颗粒为填充内胆,制作成60 cm×60 cm×50 cm的托垫垫高头颈部,两组患者均需保持曲颈含胸位,下颌贴紧前胸,头颈前倾30°。比较两组患者曲颈含胸体位变形间隔时间、调整体位及垫枕塑形累计护理用时、患者自我感觉舒适度及满意度等。结果观察组体位变形间隔时间长于对照组,24 h调整体位累计护理用时以及头部侧滑平均次数均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组自我感觉舒适度、患者总体满意度分别为87.10%和87.31%,均高于对照组的46.15%和64.10%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高密度EPS泡沫颗粒填充托垫应用于曲颈含胸位保持的临床效果优于传统方法,增加了体位的稳定性,提高了患者的舒适度,同时减轻了护理人员的工作量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high-density EPS foam particle filling pad on the curved chest.Methods A total of 57 patients in our hospital who needed to maintain a curved neck with a thoracic position were enrolled.According to the patient's wishes,31 patients in the observation group and 26 patients in the control group were divided.In the control group,the traditional curved neck was used to maintain the chest position.A plurality of high-density EPS foam particles with a diameter of 0.5 to 1 mm were used as the filling liner,and a high-density neck of 60 cm×60 cm×50 cm was prepared in the observation group.Department,both groups of patients need to maintain the curved neck with chest position,the lower jaw close to the chest,the head and neck tilted forward 30°.The interval between the two groups of patients with the curvature of the thoracic body was adjusted,the adjustment of the position and the cushioning shape,the patient's self-feeling comfort and satisfaction.Results The interval of body position deformation in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,the average nursing time and the average number of head side slips in the 24 h adjusted position were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-perceived comfort and overall patient satisfaction of the observation group were 87.10%and 87.31%,respectively,which were higher than the 46.15%and 64.10%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The high-density EPS foam particle-filled pad is superior to the traditional method in the preservation of the chest-containing chest position,which increases the stability of the position,improves the patient's comfort,and reduces the workload of the nursing staff.
