摘　　要：在山区及农村地区,通常光缆线路施工比较麻烦,费用高,普通光缆在电力杆路上敷设又有安全隐患。随着光网改造的不断深入,以及用户对网络的迫切需求,光缆敷设施工又势在必行,因此如何解决以上的施工问题就显得尤为重要。本文介绍的一种全介质自承式束管缆及其配套施工金具,可敷设于电力杆路上,有效的提高施工效率,降低建设成本。It is difficult to install the cable in the mountain and rural area, if use the power pole to install optical cable may not safety. It not only have a long project cycle, but also have a large investment. With the development of the FTTH in rural area, it is necessary to install the cable immediately, so how to solve this problem above it is important. In this paper, all-dielectric self-supporting cable and its accessories were discussed, and which is benefit to the FTTH construction in rural area.
