摘　　要：立足于国际工程招投标的角度,通过对现阶段招投标中存在的资格预审条件设置不当及"串标""围标""陪标"等问题进行深入分析,并在此基础上从多方面探索了具有针对性的解决措施。From the perspective of international engineering bidding,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the bidding at the present stage,such as setting improper prequalification conditions,together-conspired bidding and contacting bid,accompanying bidding and so on,and on this basis,explores targeted solutions from many aspects.
