摘　　要：将"一带一路"建设成和平之路、繁荣之路、开放之路、绿色之路、创新之路、文明之路(简称"六路"提出以来,鲜有关于"六路"指标体系建设的报道。"一带一路"建设离不开和平安宁的环境,和平之路是繁荣之路、开放之路、绿色之路、创新之路、文明之路的基础和前提。为评估和跟踪"一带一路"参与国家"和平之路"的发展水平,对其内部安全与外部和平两方面分别进行了评价。通过比较"一带一路"倡议参与国家以及世界视域下的内部排名和外部和平各项指数和排名,分析了"一带一路"倡议提出以来,"和平之路"的建设和发展情况,并为未来更有针对性地加强"一带一路"和平之路的建设,营造更加安全稳定的国际发展环境提供了重要依据。Since the proposal of constructing "The Belt and Road" into a road of peace, prosperity, openness, green, innovation and civilization ("six roads"), few reports have been seen on the construction of the "six roads" indicator system. The construction of "The Belt and Road" can not be separated from peaceful environment. The Road of Peace is the foundation and premise of prosperity, opening, green, innovation and civilization. In order to evaluate and track the development level of "the Road of Peace", this paper evaluates B&R participants in internal security and external peace of them. By comparing the various indices and rankings of internal and external peace of B&R participants and that in the world, the paper analyzes the construction and development of “the Road of Peace". This provides important basis for strengthening the construction of “the Road of Peace” and creating a safe and stable international development environment in the future.
