漳河水库生态环境保护的探索

摘　　要：近年实施的漳河水库生态环境保护工程与非工程措施,在减少水土流失、减轻污染负荷、改善生态环境、保障流域水安全等方面取得了较大的成效。对污染源防治、生态修复、生态环境保护管理的实践及生态环境保护效益进行了分析,结果显示,在各级政府和社会各界的高度重视下,稳步实施水生态环境保护与污染治理工作,有利于保护漳河水库良好的水生态环境。Recent years, great improvement has been seen in ecology and environment protection of Zhanghe Reservoir, in the respects of reduction of soil and water loss, pollution load decrease, eco-environment recovery and water safety of the river basin, thanks to the implementation of structural and non-structural measures. Evaluations have been made on the practices of pollution control, ecological recovery and eco-environment protection and benefit generation. The results demonstrate that protection for water ecology and environment and pollution control are beneficial for sustaining better eco-environment, under the condition of paying attention by governments at all levels and all circles of the society.
