摘　　要：刑事个案犯罪信息研判是指侦查人员在刑事个案侦查中,对某一刑事个案的现有犯罪信息进行分析研究,得出关于犯罪信息新判断的思维过程,它以推理为主要信息处理方式。直言三段论是刑事个案犯罪信息研判中的一种常用推理,它依据曲全公理和存在公理,从两个直言判断推出另一个直言判断或者包含直言判断的或然性判断,具有实质和结构等方面的特征。刑事个案犯罪信息研判中的直言三段论可以分为三种不同的类型和若干种常用形式。基于刑事个案犯罪信息研判中直言三段论的优点和缺点,在刑事个案犯罪信息研判中运用直言三段论时需要遵守一些合理性原则。Criminal case crime information research means that the investigators analyze and study the existing criminal information of a criminal case in the criminal case investigation, and obtain the thinking process of new judgment on criminal information, which takes reasoning as the main information processing method. Categorical syllogism is a common reasoning in criminal case information judgment, which reaches another categorical judgment or a probable judgment obtaining a categorical judgment according to universe-theorem and existence-theorem. It has the features of substance and structure. Categorical syllogism used frequently includes generally common forms and specially common forms. Therefore, some principles of rationality should be observed when using categorical syllogism in criminal case information adjudication.
