摘　　要：武术本身就是一项身体的文化实践,不管是套路本身,或是组成套路的每一拳势,都不是单纯的随意行为,而是"人为化成"的集中表现。运用文献资料法等研究方法对太极拳之"白鹤亮翅"拳势文化及价值进行剖析,能更充分、直接地触碰太极拳的文化性,其中的一招一式、一动一静都是精髓的体现,充分展现了我国传统的文化理念和深厚独特的思想境界。Wushu itself is a physical cultural practice. Whether it is the routine itself or every boxing of the routine, it is not a simple random behavior, but a concentrated expression of "humanized formation." Using literature research methods and other research methods to analyze the culture and value of Taijiquan's "White Crane Bright-winged" boxing, it can fully and directly touch the culture of Taijiquan. One of the tricks, one move and one quiet is the essence. The embodiment fully demonstrates the traditional cultural concept and profound and unique ideological realm of our country.
