摘 要:目的 :探讨健身气功·八段锦练习对大学女生身体意象各维度及BMI的影响,为在高校推广健身气功提供理论依据和参考。方法 :让筛选的50名大学女生进行16周的健身气功·八段锦锻炼,并在锻炼前后采用多维自我身体意象关系量表进行问卷调查和人体成分检测,对锻炼前后的相关指标进行比较分析。结果:八段锦属于低强度的有氧耐力运动,进行长时间的八段锦练习对体能评估、体能倾向、健康评估、身体部位满意维度和BMI都有较大的影响。结论:八段锦练习不仅可以提高女大学生对身体意象中的体能评估、体能倾向、健康评估和身体部位满意维度,对改善体质指数也有积极影响。Objective: the aim of the present study was to explore effects of Fitness Qigong- Baduanjin on the body image and BMI of female college students, it would provide a theoretical reference to popularize the Fitness Qigong in college. Methods: subjects were 50 female college students. They exercised the Fitness Qigong-Baduanjin 16 weeks. They should have questionnaire by MBSRQ and body composition testing before and after the intervention, and relevant data were compared before and after intervention. Results: baduanjin's exercise is belongs to low intensity's oxygenic endurance exercises. Long-time Baduanjin's exercise can greater effect to physical fitness assessment, physical tendency, health assessment, body parts' satisfaction and BMI. Conclusion:The Fitness Qigong- Baduanjin' exercise not only can improve physical fitness assessment, physical tendency, health assessment and body parts' satisfaction of the female college students' body image, but also make better BMI.
