摘 要:探讨了陶瓷纤维的含量和不同的织物组织对机织物远红外功能的影响。经纱采用普通涤纶长丝,纬纱采用远红外涤纶长丝和普通涤纶长丝,设计并制织以不同投纬比和不同组织的两个系列机织物,并测试各个织物的远红外发射率。结果表明:相同组织不同投纬比的机织物,机织物的远红外发射率随着陶瓷纤维含量的增高而增大;投纬比相同组织不同的机织物,织物组织对机织物的远红外发射率有一定影响,双层组织远红外发射率最高;在单层组织中平纹组织的远红外发射率相对斜纹和缎纹略高,织物远红外发射率随着织物组织枚数的增大而减小。In this paper,the effects of ceramic fiber content and fabric weaves on far infrared function of fabrics were explored.The common polyester filament was used as the warp and far-infrared polyester filament,and polyester filament were used as the weft to design and weave two series of woven fabrics with different weft ratios and different fabric weaves.Then,the far-infrared emissivity of each fabric was tested.The research showed that the far infrared emissivity of woven fabrics with the same fabric weaves and different weft ratios increased with the increase of ceramic fabric content.For the woven fabric with the same weft ratio and different fabric weaves,the fabric weave had influence on the far infrared emissivity,and double-layer weave had the highest far infrared emissivity.In the single-layer weave,the far infrared emissivity of plain weave was slightly higher than twill weave and satin weave,and the far infrared emissivity of the fabric decreased with the increase in the number of pieces of fabric.
