摘  要:为了分析在不同车速行驶下,碰撞对车辆引起的损害,通过ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对5种不同车速进行100%正碰模拟,分别在防撞梁、引擎盖与挡风玻璃接触处以及挡风玻璃3处选取代表单元,提取有效应力时程曲线进行对比分析,发现引擎盖与挡风玻璃连接处容易出现应力集中,防撞梁有效应力峰值随时间的增大而增大。速度在一定范围内,达到60 km/h时,由于速度过快,应力传递到挡风玻璃处较小。In order to analyze the impact of different speeds on vehicle damage,100%frontal impact simulation of 5 different speeds was carried out by ANSYS/LS-DYNA.The effective stress time-history curves were extracted from the 3 representative units of bumper beam,engine cover and windshield contact and windshield respectively.It is found that the stress concentration is easy to occur at the joint between the hood and the windshield,and the effective stress peak of the bumper beam increases with time.The speed is within a certain range.When the speed reaches 60 km/h in a certain range,the stress transferred to the windshield is small because of the high speed.
