摘 要:本研究采用第一性原理计算了Ni_3Si金属间化合物的弹性模量,并用Ipp6.0图像分析软件对不同凝固速率的Ni-12%Si(质量分数)过共晶定向凝固组织中α-Ni相的体积分数进行了定量分析。根据复合材料的混合法则预测了不同凝固速率的Ni-12%Si过共晶的塑性。此外,采用三点弯曲法研究了不同凝固速率的Ni-12%Si过共晶的断裂韧性,并分析了断口形貌以及断裂机理。In this study,the elastic modulus of the Ni 3Si intermetallic compound was calculated by the first principles,and the volume fractions ofα-Ni phase in the Bridgman directionally solidified Ni-12%Si(mass fraction)hypereutectic at different solidification rates were analyzed by the Ipp 6.0 image analysis software.The plasticities of the Ni-12%Si hypereutectic at different solidification rates were predicted according to the mixing rule of composite materials.Moreover,the fracture toughnesses of the Ni-12%Si hypereutectic at different solidification rates were studied by three-point bending method,and the fracture morphology and the fracture mechanism were studied as well.
