摘  要:设计了两种不同Nb含量的高强度镀锌钢丝(0.025Nb和Free-Nb),采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和拉伸试验机等研究了两种试验钢的显微组织和力学性能,并对其珠光体团尺寸和珠光体片层间距进行了对比分析。结果表明:添加Nb元素能细化试验钢奥氏体的晶粒度,在等温转变后得到细小的珠光体团;此外Nb元素的加入增大了试验钢等温转变的实际过冷度,减小了试验钢的珠光体片层间距,提高了试验钢的抗拉强度和伸长率。Two kinds of high strength galvanized steels wire(0.025 Nb and Free-Nb) with different Nb content were designed, microstructure and mechanical properties of the tested steels were studied by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy and tensile tester, and the size of pearlite clusters and the spacing of pearlite lamellar were compared and analyzed. The results show that the grain size of austenite in the test steels can be refined by adding Nb element, and fine pearlite clusters can be obtained after isothermal transformation. In addition, the addition of Nb element increases the actual undercooling degree of the tested steel during isothermal transformation, reduces the pearlite lamellar spacing of the tested steel, and improves the tensile strength and elongation of the tested steel.
