摘　　要：对《电子电器行业绿色供应链管理企业评价指标体系》制定的背景、思路进行了详细介绍,从产品末端回收再利用、供应商管理和有害物质在供应链中的流向三个方面揭示了电子电器行业绿色供应链的主要特点,在此基础上对评价指标体系的5个一级指标和28个二级指标进行了分析。最后,对评价结果下一步分级动态管理的运用进行了展望。The paper gives a detailed introduction to the background and ideas of the "Green Supply Chain Management Enterprise Evaluation Index System for Electronic and Electrical Industry", analyzing the main characteristics of the green supply chain of the electrical and electronic industry from the end of product recycling, supplier management and the flow of hazardous substances in the supply chain. On the basis of it, the five primary indicators and 28 secondary indicators of the evaluation index system are introduced. At last, the application of the next step of dynamic management of the evaluation results is prospected.
