摘  要:目的总结分析肺吸虫病患儿的免疫球蛋白特点,进一步探讨人体感染肺吸虫后体液免疫调节机制。方法收集122例肺吸虫病患儿临床资料,同时选取125名健康体检儿童为对照组,就血清免疫球蛋白进行回顾性对比分析。结果病例组血清IgG、IgE、IgM水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中病例组IgG最高为52.1g/L,IgE最高为1 939IU/mL;两组间IgA水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肺吸虫病患儿临床呈现高水平IgG、IgE、IgM状态。对肺吸虫病患者体液免疫机制的深入研究,将进一步提高临床诊治水平,为疫苗的研发提供理论依据。Objective Summarize and analyze the characteristics of immunoglobulin in children with paragonimiasis, and further explore the mechanism of humoral immune regulation after human infection with paragonimiasis Summarize the characteristics of immunoglobulin in children with paragonimiasis, and explore the mechanism of humoral immune regulation after human infection with paragonimiasis. Methods The clinical data of 122 cases of paragonimiasis were collected, and 125 healthy children were selected as the control group. The serum immunoglobulin was retrospectively analyzed. Results The serum levels of IgG, IgE and IgM in the patient group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01). The highest IgG in the case group was 52.1g/L, and the highest in IgE was 1 939 IU/mL. There was no significant difference in IgA between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Children with paragonimiasis had clinically high levels of IgG, IgE and IgM. Further research on the mechanism of humoral immune mechanism in patients with paragonimiasis will improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment and provide a theoretical basis for the research of vaccine.
