摘  要:通过硅烷偶联剂KH560与苯并三氮唑反应制备了含缓蚀基团的硅烷缓蚀封护剂,采用浸渍法在碳钢表面制备缓蚀封护膜。采用红外光谱表征了合成产物及在碳钢片上的成膜情况。采用极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱、盐雾腐蚀等研究了缓蚀封护膜的耐腐蚀性,并与KH560水解封护、磷化缓蚀膜等做比较。结果表明,缓蚀封护膜具有最优的抗腐蚀性能,其腐蚀电流密度最小,膜层腐蚀电阻Rp最大,因此,该缓蚀封护剂可用于铁质文物的缓蚀保护。Silane coupling agent containing the group of corrosion resistance was prepared by the reaction of silane coupling agent KH560 with benzotriazole.Silane anticorrosion sealing film was prepared on the surface of carbon steel by dipping method.Infrared spectroscopy was used to characterize the synthetic product and the film on carbon steel.The corrosion resistance of film was tested by using polarization curve,electrochemical impedance and salt spray test.The the corrosion resistance of film was compared with the hydrolysis by KH560 and the phosphating.The results showed that the film had the best corrosion resistance,the corrosion current was the smallest,and the film resistance was the biggest.The film can be used for the protection of iron cultural relics.
