摘 要:优质的模具材料是提高模具质量、延长模具寿命和降低生产成本的关键。以生铁为主要原料,以Cr、Sb等为辅料,改变材料配比以及在孕育剂里面加入特种合金,进行拉深和冲击试验,研究了MoCr及GGG70L两种合金铸铁材质性能提升对冲压模具淬火质量的影响。结果表明:MoCr中,设定渗碳体碳含量为6.69%,基体中转变的碳总量为1.2%~1.4%,可获得更高的淬火硬度;GGG70L中,增加Cr合金,珠光体稳定在80%~90%,可获得较高的淬火硬度和强度,提高模具质量。High quality die material is the key factor to improve die quality,prolong die life and reduce production cost.Drawing and impact tests are carried out with pig iron as main raw material,Cr and Sb as auxiliary materials,changing the material ratio and adding special alloys into inoculant.The effects of material properties improvement of MoCr and GGG70L alloy cast iron on quenching quality of stamping die are studied.The results show that higher quenching hardness can be obtained by setting the carbon content of cementite to 6.69%,and the total amount of carbon transformed in matrix to 1.2%-1.4% in MoCr;with the addition of Cr alloy in GGG70L,the pearlite can be stabilized between 80%-90%,the higher quenching hardness and strength can be obtained,and the quality of the die can be improved.
