摘 要:制备了用于纸尿裤表层的超疏水网孔纯棉水刺非织造材料,研究了拒水整理剂NT-X 030、拒水增强剂NT-X 628和网孔孔径对纯棉非织造材料拒水性能、干爽性和速渗性能的影响。为了得到具备优良干爽和快速导液特点的非织造材料,对超疏水纯棉大网孔水刺材料的接触角、红外光谱、网孔孔径、液体穿透时间、液体滑移量、液体残余量和液体反湿量进行了测试。结果表明,当接触角为154.4°,网孔孔径为3mm时,超疏水纯棉大网孔水刺材料具备优良的快速导液特点和干爽性,此时其液体穿透时间为1.41s,液体滑移量为0g,液体残余量为0.29g,液体反渗量为0.08g。To acquire super-hydrophobic meshed cotton spunlace nonwoven materials for the application of diaper’s top layer,we studied the influence of water repellent finishing agent NT-X030,water repellent reinforcing agent NT-X628 as well as pore diameter of mesh on the hydrophobic property,dryness and rapid penetrability of cotton nonwoven materials.To obtain dryness and rapid liquid penetration nonwoven materials,the contact angle,infrared spectroscopy and pore diameter as well as penetration time,slippage,the residual and reverse osmosis amount of liquid were tested.The results indicate that the best performance of dryness and rapid liquid penetration of super-hydrophobic meshed spunlaced cotton nowoven material is obtained when contact angle and pore diameter are 154.4°and 3 mm repecetively,with penetration time,slippage,the residual and reverse osmosis amount of liquid of 1.41 s,0 g,0.29 g,and 0.08 g,respectively.
