摘 要:长输管道河流及困难段的大中型穿跨越方案的确定受周边环境、当地规划、水文条件、地质条件、工程投资、施工工期等诸多因素影响。结合甬台温天然气输气管道工程瓯江路段穿越工程,从管道穿越路由、穿越方案的选择加以分析,在工程设计中对大口径、多条管道在同一个通道的穿越设计进行了探索与尝试,在施工过程中应用了对穿施工工艺,并使用了精确的控向系统,确保了瓯江路段穿越方案的成功实施,为该类型穿越方案的设计积累了一定的经验。Scheme determination of large and medium-sized pipelines crossing river and complicated zone is affected by many factors such as surrounding environment, local planning, hydrological condition, geological condition, project investment and construction period. This article analyzes the pipeline route selection and the crossing scheme, combining with the practice of Oujiang Road crossing engineering in Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou natural gas pipeline project, explores the scheme design for multiple large diameter pipelines crossing through one passway. The applications of the process of crossing construction from opposite direction and the accurate control system ensure the successful implementation of the pipeline crossing project, which accumulates some experience for the design of similar pipeline crossing engineering.
