摘　　要：瓦楞型铝吊顶结构首次应用于中石油江苏LNG项目二期工程20万m^3LNG储罐。首先介绍了瓦楞型铝吊顶设计理念和优点;通过对比瓦楞型铝吊顶和平板型铝吊顶的结构形式、材料消耗及建设工时,得出前者可节省原材料、缩短工期的结论;最后阐述了瓦楞型铝吊顶的安装工艺和施工注意事项。Corrugated aluminum suspended deck is applied in the 200 000 m3 LNG tank in PetroChina Jiangsu LNG project (phase II) for the first time. This paper introduces the structural design concept and advantages of the corrugated aluminum suspended deck, compares the corrugated suspended deck with the flat-plate suspended deck in structural form, material consumption and construction labor-hours, and concludes that the corrugated aluminum suspended deck can save materials and shorten construction period. The paper elaborates the matters needing attention in installation process and construction.
