摘 要:运用文献资料法等研究英国职业体育教练员的培养特征。主要结论:欧美国家职业体育教练员凭借其职业化执教能力成为职业体育发展中的核心组成部分,以英国为代表,其职业教练员培养具有薪资待遇高薪化、培养基地高校化、课程内容多样化、转型模式结构化和评估机制系统化等特征。对我国的启示:我国职业体育教练员应围绕科学探索与模式建立、高校引领与质量追求、平台搭建与资源互通、政府引导与评估考核四个方面加强培养并且提升能力,为我国职业体育发展奠定人力资源基础。Using literature reviews and some other research method to study the training characteristics of British professional sports coaches. Main conclusions: European and the American professional sports coaches have become a core component in the development of professional sports with their professional coaching ability. Represented by the United Kingdom, it has the characteristics of high salary, high-paying education, diversified curriculum content, structural transformation model and systematic evaluation mechanism. Enlightenment: Chinese professional sports coaches should strengthen training and improve their ability in the areas of scientific exploration and model building, university leadership and quality pursuit, platform construction and resource interoperability, government guidance and assessment, and lay a human resource foundation for the development of professional sports in China.
