摘 要:汽车企业供应链整体较为复杂,如何有效地降低其复杂性,寻求合理的供应链管理方式一直以来是产学研等各界研究的热点,其中最为大家所推崇的观点是通过采取有效措施构建汽车企业供应链内部结构之间的协同机制,建立供应链协同管理模式。本文采用数据包络分析方法,通过建立DEA模型对我国汽车企业供应链协同有效性进行评价分析,根据评价结果判断我国汽车企业供应链协同有效性程度,并最终根据评价结果提出相关对策和建议。The overall supply chain of auto companies is more complicated. How to effectively reduce its complexity and seek a reasonable supply chain management method has always been a hot topic in the research of industry, academia and research. The most popular point is to adopt effective measures to build auto supply. A synergistic mechanism between the internal structures of the chain to establish a collaborative management model for the supply chain. In this paper, the data envelopment analysis method is used to evaluate and analyze the synergy effectiveness of China s auto companies supply chain by establishing DEA model. Accor ding to the evaluation results, the degree of synergy of supply chain in China s auto companies is judged, and relevant countermeas ures and suggestions are proposed based on the evaluation results.
